高效低温硝化细菌培养方法的研究

Research on the cultivation of highly efficient nitrifying bacteria techniques at low temperature

摘要:

为更好地解决冬季污水处理厂氨氮去除率低的问题,在对普通活性污泥进行低温驯化的基础上,研究了低温下高效硝化细菌的培养方法。实验表明,当温度t=10~13℃、pH=7.0~7.6、ρ(O2)=2.0~2.5 mg/L,通过控制适宜的氨氮负荷与污泥负荷,培养得到的硝化细菌在低温下能保持较高的氨氮降解速率,该速率达到相同温度下普通活性污泥硝化细菌氨氮降解速率的2.5倍。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of low ammonia-nitrogen removing rate in wastewater treatment plants in winter,and based on the acclimation of ordinary activated sludge at low temperature,the cultivation method of highly efficient nitrifying bacteria has been studied.Experiments show that when the temperature=10-13 Tl,pH=7.0-7.6,and p (O2) =2.0-2.5 mg/L,the cultivated nitrifying bacteria can maintain higher ammonia-nitrogen degrading rate at low temperature by controlling appropriate ammonia-nitrogen load and sludge load.This rate reaches 2.5 times of that of the ordinary activated sludge nitrifying bacteria ammonia-nitrogen at the same temperature.
