摘要:
以钢渣为主要原料,添加少量黏土和造孔剂制备钢渣陶粒,用于生物接触氧化处理微氧反应器出水。结果表明,钢渣陶粒生物接触氧化工艺能同时去除COD和脱氮除磷。在接触氧化时间为2.5 h,进水COD、TP、NH4+-N、TN的质量浓度分别为20~86、0.8~6.0、8.2~31.4、9.9~33.2 mg/L的条件下稳定运行,出水COD、TP、NH4+-N、TN的平均质量浓度分别为18、0.6、0.2、3.5 mg/L,满足GB 18918-2002的一级标准要求。

Abstract:
Steel-slag ceramisites have been made by using steel slag as their main raw material and adding a small amount of clay and pore-forming agent,and have been applied to biological contact oxidation process for treating micro-aerobic effluent. The results show that COD,nitrogen and phosphorus can be simultaneously removed by steel-slag ceramisites-biological contact oxidation process. When it runs steadily under the following conditions:contact oxidation time is 2.5 h,mass concentrations of influent COD,TP,NH4+-N and TN are 20-86,0.8-6.0,8.2-31.4,and 9.9-33.2 mg/L,respectively,the average mass concentrations of effluent COD,TP,NH4+-N and TN are 18,0.6,0.2 and 3.5 mg/L,respectively,meeting the requirements of the first class of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
