二硝基氯苯生产废水处理工程设计与运行

Engineering design and operation of the treatment of wastewater from nitrochlorobenzene production

摘要:

采用负压蒸发法浓缩回收硫酸、NaClO氧化、聚合氯化铝混凝沉淀组合工艺处理二硝基氯苯生产废水,并进行了废水处理系统工程设计。出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级排放标准,硝基苯类化合物≤5 mg/L。该工艺经济效益显著,系统年回收90%的硫酸8万t,按50元/t计算,可节约资金约400万元/a。

Abstract:

Negative pressure and evaporation methods have been used for the concentration and recovery of sulfuric acid, and the combined process of NaClO oxidation-poly-aluminum chloride flocculation-sedimentation for the treatment of nitrochlorobenzene industrial wastewater. The engineering design of the wastewater treatment system has been accomplished. The effluent quality meets the requirements for the third class of Discharge Standard of Integrated Wastewater (GB 8978—1996), and nitrobenzene compounds is≤5 mg/L. The process has obvious economic benefit, and the system can recover 90% of H2SO4, 80 000 t/a. RMB 4 000 000 of the production cost can be saved, according to RMB 50 per ton.
