改性粉末活性炭活化过硫酸盐降解罗丹明B废水

Degradation of Rhodamine B wastewater by modified & powdered active carbon activated persulfate

摘要:

以CoFe2O4改性粉末活性炭(CoFe2O4/PAC)作催化剂,过硫酸钾为氧化剂,对模拟罗丹明B(RhB)废水进行降解,考察各重要因素对降解率的影响。由结果可知,废水原始pH下,催化剂投加质量浓度为0.2 g/L,n(K2S2O8):n(RhB)为20:1,温度为35~65℃,时间为150 min,20 mg/L的50 mL RhB溶液可完全降解。改性粉末活性炭使用4次后,仍具有较高催化活性。

Abstract:

The simulated Rhodamine B(RhB) wastewater has been degraded by using CoFe2O4 modified & powdered active carbon(CoFe2O4/PAC) as catalyst and K2S2O8 as oxidant. The influences of various important factors on the degradation rate of RhB are investigated. The results show that RhB could be removed in 150 min under initial pH condition, when catalyst dosing mass concentration is 0.2 g/L, n(K2S2O8):n(RhB)=20:1, and temperature range 35-65℃, 50 mL of RhB solution(20 mg/L) can completely be degraded. After the modified & powdered active carbon has been used repeatedly 4 times, it still has high activity.
