摘要: 以饱和ATP为硅源,CTAB为模板剂合成了MCM-41分子筛,考察了n(H2O)∶n(Si)(水硅比)对晶体的影响。结果表明,当水硅比为60时,其XRD特征峰最强,峰形较窄且对称,晶体大小均一、球状体规则,孔径分布均匀。研究S-60分子筛对MB吸附,0.1 g S-60分子筛对10 mg/L MB溶液,在25℃、pH=7条件下吸附25 min,吸附率高达98.96%,吸附容量为9.89 mg/g,且MCM-41分子筛具有循环再生性。

Abstract: The MCM-41 molecular sieves have been synthesized from saturated ATP as silicon source,and CTAB as template. The influences of n(H2O):n(Si)(H2O/Si ratio) on the crystal are analyzed. The results indicate that when H2O/Si ratio is 60,its XRD characteristic peaks are the strongest,peak shape is relatively narrow and symmetrical,crystal size uniform,globule regular,and pore size evenly distributed. The adsorption of methylene blue on S-60 mole-cular sieves has been investigated. The adsorption of MB by S-60 at 0.1 g of S-60 for 10 mg/L of MB solution has been investigated,under the following conditions:T=25℃,pH=7,and adsorption time 25 min. The adsorption rate is as high as 98.96%,and adsorption capacity is 9.89 mg/g. Furthermore,MCM-41 molecular sieve has cyclic reproducibility.
