Fenton铁泥制取硫酸亚铁效果与性能研究

Study on the effect and properties of ferrous sulfate prepared from Fenton iron sludge

摘要:

对Fenton铁泥进行资源化处理,制备了FeSO4,探究了不同条件对合成产物产率、纯度的影响显著性,结果显示:对产率的影响显著性因素顺序为乙醇体积>酸溶温度>硫酸体积;3个因素对纯度的影响均不显著。通过XRD检测和催化Fenton实验,发现合成产品和商品FeSO4·7H2O的特征峰基本一致,晶相相似;合成产品催化Fenton反应对废水中COD的去除率为44.49%,略低于商品FeSO4·7H2O的47.75%,而对水中UV254的去除率则达87%左右,高于商品FeSO4·7H2O的去除率(85%)。

Abstract:

Fenton iron sludge is recycled to prepare FeSO4, and the effects of different conditions on the yield and purity of the synthetic product are explored. The results show that the order of significant factors on the yield is:ethanol volume > temperature of acid dissolution > sulfuric acid volume, and the three factors have insignificant effect on the purity of the product. Through XRD detection and experiment of Fenton catalysis, it is found that the characteristic peaks of the synthetic product and the commodity FeSO4·7H2O are basically the same, and their crystalline phase are alike. The wastewater COD removal rate in Fenton reaction catalyzed by the synthetic product is 44.49%, which is slightly lower than the 47.75% of the commodity FeSO4·7H2O. The wastewater UV254 removal is about 87%, higher than 85% of the commodity FeSO4·7H2O.
