印染废水治理技术进展

Technology progress of dyeing wastewater treatment

摘要:

我国是世界上最大的纺织品生产和出口国之一。纺织工业是资源和能源密集型产业,也是废水及污染物排放量最大的工业行业之一,其中印染废水及其污染物排放量占全行业的80%左右,是纺织工业废水及污染物的主要来源。印染废水治理是水环境安全保障的重要内容。综述了天然纤维和合成纤维染整生产工艺中的废水来源、水质特征、以及相应特征污染物及其来源。结合印染废水排放标准制修订历程,阐述了印染废水排放标准的演变过程和趋势。在此基础上,介绍了印染企业清洁生产中源头减排和末端废水处理技术的发展现状及存在问题,并总结了印染废水回用水质要求及回用系统现状及发展趋势。

Abstract:

China is one of the largest textile producers and exporters. Textile as a resource and energy-intensive industry, is one of the largest industrial sectors in terms of wastewater and pollutant emissions. Among of them, the discharge of dyeing wastewater and its pollutants accounts for about 80% of the whole industry. The dyeing wastewater treatment is of great significance for water environment protection. This paper reviewed the source, quality and corresponding specific pollutants of wastewater from dyeing process of natural and chemical fiber. Meanwhile, the evolution and trend of dyeing wastewater discharge standards was elaborated in combination with the process of making and revising dyeing wastewater discharge standard. On this basis, the development status and existing problems of source reduction and terminal wastewater treatment technology of dyeing cleaner production were introduced presented, and the water quality requirements and systems for wastewater recycling were also summarized.
