O-AO-MBR combined process for treating coal chemical comprehensive wastewater

摘要:

采用O-AO-MBR组合工艺处理某煤化工综合废水,处理规模为1 300 m3/h。针对装置运行过程中存在的来水水质和水温波动大、A/O池运行负荷低的问题进行了工艺优化。工程运行监测结果表明:该工艺脱氮除碳能力强且耐冲击负荷,在平均进水COD、氨氮、总氮、SS分别为655.6、169.9、178.3、72.6 mg/L的条件下,经该组合工艺处理后,平均出水COD、氨氮、总氮、SS分别为27.2、0.99、49.5、6.3 mg/L,平均去除率分别为95.9%、99.5%、72.2%、91.3%,达到了装置设计的出水水质指标要求。该组合工艺直接运行成本为2.39元/m3,可连续稳定运行,具有较好的工程示范作用。

Abstract:

The process of O-AO-MBR was used to treat the comprehensive wastewater in a coal chemical industry with a scale of 1 300 m3/h. Aiming at the problems of large fluctuation of water quality and temperature,low operating load of A/O pool,the process optimization measures were carried out. The operation monitoring results indicated that the process had strong ability of nitrogen and carbon removal and was resistant to impact load. Under the conditions that the average influent COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and SS were 655.6,169.9,178.3 and 72.6 mg/L,respectively,after the combined process,the average effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and SS were 27.2,0.99,49.5 and 6.3 mg/L,respectively. The average removal rates were 95.9%,99.5%,72.2% and 91.3%,respectively,reaching the effluent water quality index of the design requirements. The direct operating cost of the combined process was 2.39 yuan/m3,which could run continuously and stably and had a good demonstration effect.
