摘要:

以某生活垃圾填埋场(>10 a)渗滤液处理升级改造项目为例,改造后渗沥液处理系统采用“预处理+高抗逆耐盐菌生化+外置式超滤(UF)+纳滤(NF)+两级反渗透(RO)”的组合工艺,RO产水水质指标达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2排放标准,NF及RO浓水经碟片式反渗透膜(DTRO)浓缩减量后回灌,实现渗沥液无害化处理。

Abstract:

This project is an upgrade project of landfill leachate treatment engineering of a domestic waste landfill site(>10 a). The combined process of “pretreatment+high-stress resistant salt-tolerant bacteria biochemical+external UF+NF+two-stage RO system” was adopted in the modified leachate treatment system. The water quality index of RO reached the discharge standard of table 2 of “Pollution control standard of municipal solid waste landfill”(GB 16889—2008). NF and RO concentrated water was reduced by DTRO and then reinjected. The harmless treatment of leachate is realized.
