响应面法优化TiO2/ACF光催化连续处理ARB废水研究

Optimization TiO2/ACF photocatalytic continuous treatment of ARB wastewater by Response Surface Method

摘要:

为解决印染废水连续化脱色处理问题,采用自制TiO2/ACF反应器(13.8 L)辅以Box-Behnken响应面法对酸性红B(ARB)染料废水的连续处理过程进行了研究。研究结果表明:连续循环实验中,当单次循环时间为103 min,催化剂投加量为100 cm×100 cm时,ARB废水(质量浓度21 mg/L,对应色度128倍)3组平行实验脱色率平均值为86.43%;优化条件下连续进出水实验,ARB废水前2 h脱色率快速上升至86.29%,连续处理12 h脱色率始终维持在86%左右,出水基本无色。紫外-可见吸收光谱分析显示,ARB废水在515 nm处最大吸收峰随处理过程的进行明显减小直至消失,说明TiO2/ACF光催化技术在印染废水连续脱色应用中具有显著的效果。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of continuous decolorization treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,the continuous treatment process of acid red B(ARB) dye wastewater was studied by a self-made TiO2/ACF reactor(13.8 L) combined with the Box-Behnken response surface method. The results showed that,for the continuous-cycle experiment,under the condition of single-cycle time 103 min and the catalyst dosage 100 cm×100 cm,the average decolorization efficiency of ARB wastewater(concentration 21 mg/L,corresponding to 128 times chroma) was 86.43%. Under the optimal conditions,for the experiment with continuous inflow and outflow,the decolorization efficiency of ARB wastewater(concentration 21 mg/L,corresponding to 128 times chroma) increases rapidly to 86.29% in the first 2 h and maintained at around 86% in the following 12 h,and the effluent was basically colorless. UV-vis spectroscopy analysis showed that the maximum absorption of the ARB wastewater reached its peak at 515 nm and decreases dramatically and disappears eventually with the extended treatment time. It showed that TiO2/ACF photocatalytic technology had a remarkable effect in the application of continuous decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater.
