重金属对生物脱氮性能影响及活性污泥生物学效应的meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of heavy metals on biological nitrogen removal performance and activated sludge biological effect

摘要:

目前有关重金属对于生物脱氮系统影响的研究较多,但受不同反应器工况和实验环境的影响,结论具有一定偏差,因此借助统计学方法评价多项研究的一致性十分有必要。为系统评估重金属对于生物脱氮系统的影响,采用meta分析方法,从数据库检索到2000年以来国内外发表的相关论文,通过统计分析论文的结果,分析了Cd2+、Cu2+、Cr6+、Ni2+、Pb2+、Zn2+ 6种重金属离子对于SBR和厌氧氨氧化工艺脱氮性能的影响,Cd2+、Cu2+、Cr6+ 3种重金属离子对于SBR活性污泥的生物学效应,及影响重金属毒性的主要因素。结果表明,SBR工艺对6种重金属的敏感性大小为Cr6+>Cu2+>Pb2+>Cd2+>Zn2+>Ni2+,厌氧氨氧化工艺对6种重金属的敏感性大小为Cr6+>Cu2+>Ni2+>Zn2+>Cd2+>Pb2+,在总体上厌氧氨氧化工艺对于重金属的敏感性略高于SBR工艺;重金属会使微生物丰富度和多样性下降,但其对于丰富度的影响略大于对多样性的影响;重金属初始浓度和污泥浓度是影响重金属毒性的主要因素。

Abstract:

Currently,there have been many studies on the influences of heavy metals on biological nitrogen removal. However,due to the effects of different reactor conditions and experimental environments,the conclusions have a certain of differences. Therefore,it is significantly necessary to evaluate the consistency of multiple studies by using of statistical methods. In order to systematically evaluate the influences of heavy metals on biological nitrogen removal,the meta-analysis method was adopted to retrieve relevant papers issued at home and abroad since 2000 from databases. Through statistical analysis of the results of the paper,the effects of six heavy metal ions including Cd2+,Cu2+,Cr6+,Ni2+,Pb2+ and Zn2+ on the denitrification performance of SBR and ANAMMOX processes,the biological effects of three heavy metal ions including Cd2+,Cu2+ and Cr6+ on activated sludge in SBR and the main factors affecting heavy metal toxicity were analyzed. The results showed that the sensitivity of SBR process to six heavy metal ions could be ranked as Cr6+>Cu2+>Pb2+>Cd2+>Zn2+>Ni2+,and that of ANAMMOX process to heavy metals could be ranked as Cr6+>Cu2+>Ni2+>Zn2+>Cd2+>Pb2+. In generally,the sensitivity of ANAMMOX process to heavy metals was slightly higher than that of SBR process. Heavy metals reduced both abundance and diversity,and the influence on abundance was slightly higher than diversity. The initial concentrations of heavy metals and MLSS were the major factors affecting the toxicity of heavy metals.
