分层次多指标综合分析法筛选废水优控污染物

摘要:

化工行业覆盖面广,排放污染物多,简单以COD、氨氮等常规污染物为指标评估废水排放达标情况并不能准确反应真实情况。为精准地评估废水排放达标情况,需要确立优控特征污染物指标。以江苏省某沿江化工园区为例,通过分层次多指标综合分析的方法,在筛选出园区内企业废水优控特征污染物的基础上,以企业排放量、污染物当量、企业数量、环境质量标准和致癌性5个指标分别对有机污染物、无机重金属和综合性污染物指标进行赋值,对各特征污染物总赋值进行排序,筛选得出园区废水优控特征污染物为苯乙烯、甲苯、甲醛、总镍、氟化物。结合该化工园区开展的地下水环境状况调查结果,将砷、锑两项特征污染物一并纳入优控特征污染物的管控。优控特征污染物的筛选可为化工园区污染防治提供更精准的方向和更科学的决策依据。

Abstract:

Chemical industry has a wide coverage and emits many pollutants,and simply using conventional pollutants such as COD and NH3-N as indicators to evaluate wastewater discharge can not accurately reflect the actual situation. In order to accurately assess the standard of wastewater discharge,it is necessary to establish priority control indicators of characteristic pollutants. Taking a chemical industry park along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province as an example,we adopted the method of hierarchical multi-index comprehensive analysis on the basis of the priority control characteristic pollutants in the wastewater of enterprises in the park. Organic pollutants,inorganic heavy metals and comprehensiveness pollutant indicators were assigned according to the five indexes including enterprise emission,pollutant equivalent,number of enterprises,environmental quality standard and carcinogenicity,and the total assigned value of each characteristic pollutant was sorted. The priority control characteristic pollutants in the wastewater of the park were selected,which were styrene,toluene,formaldehyde,nickel and fluoride. Combined with the investigation results of groundwater environmental condition in the chemical industry park,arsenic and antimony were also included in the control of priority control characteristic pollutants. The screening of priority control characteristic pollutants can provide more accurate direction and more scientific decision-making basis for pollution prevention and control in chemical parks.
