农药中间体氯化废水处理技术研究

摘要:

甲胺磷生产过程中的氯化碱性废水(简称含磷废水)经回收甲醇后,该废水中含有高浓度的有机磷、COD和NaCl,环境不允许未处理就排放.作者介绍了该废水的处理工艺技术以及在生产中应用结果,COD去除率达80%,有机磷去除率达85%.

Abstract:

The wastewater containing phosphor in pesticide parathionproduction can be dischargecl by biochemical treatment aftermultiple dilution, and the wastewater with alkality in methami-dophos production after methylalchol recovery, which containshighly concentrated organo-phosphorus.COD and sodium chlo-ride, has not been treated before, and polluted the environment.In this article, we give the treatment technique of the wastewa-ter, and has bean applied in the production. The ratio of CODremovement reaches 80%, and of organo-phosphorus reaches85%. We get good effect.
