含脂类废水处理研究进展

摘要:

简述了含脂类废水的水质特征、危害, 指出了此类废水处理过程中所面临的问题, 并对目前国内外含脂类废水的处理方法进行了分析。针对含脂类废水处理中存在的问题, 提出了强化处理方法的建议:采用高效反应器, 通过提高微生物的活性和数量来提高脂类物质的降解效果;采用V型滤池, 提高传质效果, 采用生物乳化剂(BE)、磁分离技术和超声波技术, 增强微生物活性, 提高反应器效能, 从而提高脂类物质与活性微生物的作用效率。

Abstract:

The problems and the quality characteristic of lipid-containing wastewater is introduced. The current techniques for treating lipid-containing wastewater at home and abroad are pointed out. The disadvantage factors of lipid-containing wastewater treatment, and the enhancement technique of the lipid-containing wastewater treatment are discussed. It is suggested that the highly efficient reactor is used to improve the activity and amount of the microorganism and the degradation effect of lipids. To enhance mass transfer efficiency, V model filter chamber should be used. To enhance the activity of microorganism and the reactor efficiency, bio-emulsifier, magnetic separation technique and ultrasonic should be used. As a result, the action efficiency of the lipid matter and activated microorganismcan be improved.
