摘要:

依据纳米二氧化钛制备及应用的小试试验基础上确定的工艺路线和条件,设计了处理量为1 t/d的中试装置,在该装置上,以难降解偶氮染料4BS为污染物配制的废水进行模拟试验。考察了初始pH、初始浓度、光照强度、催化剂循环使用次数对降解效果的影响。研究表明,该工艺能够有效地将染料褪色、降解,色度去除率达到95%以上,CODCr去除率可达80%以上。

Abstract:

Based on technology route determined by experiments, a pilot-scale of 1t/d photocatalytic oxidization system has been designed. A simulated printing and dyeing wastewater is prepared by using the undegraded azo dye 4BS as object to be treated. The influence of initial pH value, initial concentration, ultroviolet radiation intension, and circular using of TiO2 on the photocatalytic degradation effect is investigated. The treatment effect of this technology is good for decolorization and degradation. Its color removal rate is over 95% at 1 h irradiation, and removal rate of COD is over 80%.
