微波辐射对染料废水处理的研究

Study on the treatment of dyestuff-bearing wastewater by microwave radiation

摘要:

为有效处理酸性染料废水,采用在吸附催化剂的存在下微波辐射技术处理废水。实验以活性炭为催化剂在微波辐射条件下处理酸性大红溶液,选定辐射功率、时间、活性炭用量3因素进行正交实验,得出微波辐射功率的大小对废水处理效果的影响最为显著。又通过单因素实验确定活性炭用量和辐射时间。最佳处理条件为功率800 W、活性炭投加质量2.0 g、辐射时间6 min,在此条件下对酸性大红溶液的处理效果最为理想,去除率96%~98%。

Abstract:

An effective method of treating acidic wastewater with dyestuff is presented. The technology of microwave radiation with activated carbon catalyst is used to treat the wastewater. When the three influential factors, i.e. radiation power,time and dosage of activated carbon, are chosen and orthogonal experiments are carried on. The treatment efficiency is the most obvious, and the dosage of activated carbon and radiation time are determined by single factor experiments. The most optimum treating conditions are radiation power 800 W, activated carbon 2.0 g, and reaction time 6 min. Its removal rate is basically stable at 96%-98% under the optimal condition.
