膜生物反应器处理高浓度松香废水的试验研究

Application of membrane bioreactors to the treatment of rosin wastewater with high concentration

摘要:

采用一体式膜生物反应器处理高浓度松香废水,对实验各阶段的微生物生长情况、污泥性能及废水处理效果进行了分析。结果表明,污泥成熟期时的生物相丰富,污泥性能良好,可以利用镜检生物相的方法来直观判断膜生物反应器的运行状态。系统具有较好的处理效果,COD平均去除率达到92%,BOD平均去除率为90%,pH稳定在7.0左右,出水水质稳定,说明膜生物反应器工艺可用于对松香废水的处理。

Abstract:

The integrated membrane bioreactor has been used for treating rosin wastewater with high concentration.The microbe growing state,sludge characteristics and wastewater treatment efficiency in every experimental stage are analyzed.The results show that when the sludge is mature,biophase is rich and sludge is in good,the running status of the membrane bioreactor could be estimated intuitively by observing the biophase under microscope.The system has pretty good treatment efficiency:the average removal rates of COD and BOD are 92% and 90%,respectively,and pH is stable at about 7.0.The water quality is stable as well.It is feasible to treat the rosin wastewater by MBR technology.
