摘要:

用水热法制得磁性复合材料用于对二甲基胂酸的吸附研究。首先通过XRD、BET、VSM和SEM对合成材料进行分析;考察投加量、pH等因素对磁性复合材料吸附二甲基胂酸效果的影响,并结合吸附等温线和吸附动力学研究其吸附性能和吸附机理;通过FT-IR和Zeta电位探讨了磁性材料吸附二甲基胂酸的机理。XRD分析表明磁性复合材料纯度高、晶型好;SEM图显示磁铁矿为单分散球团附着在膨润土和硅藻土表面,孔隙结构丰富;磁性硅藻土和磁性膨润土比表面积分别48.63、65.17 m2/g;磁性硅藻土和磁性膨润土饱和磁化强度分别达到了61.84、60.19 emu/g。二甲基胂酸在磁性复合材料上的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型;比较pH分别为3、7、11时的吸附等温线,在中性时对二甲基胂酸吸附量最大,磁铁矿、磁性硅藻土及磁性膨润土对二甲基胂酸的最大吸附量分别为0.54、1.73、1.75 mg/g。结合Zeta电位和红外分析,可知磁性复合材料是通过静电作用和配体交换吸附二甲基胂酸。

Abstract:

Magnetic composite materials were prepared by hydrothermal method and used for the adsorption of dimethyl arsonic acid. The synthetic materials were first analyzed by XRD,BET,VSM and SEM characterization methods. The effect of dosage,pH and other factors on the adsorption effect of dimethyl arsonic acid in magnetic composites were investigated,and its adsorption performance and adsorption mechanism in combination with adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics were studied. The mechanism of adsorption of dimethyl arsonic acid by FT-IR and Zeta potential was further explored. Finally,the cyclic properties of magnetic composites were studied by desorption and resorption. XRD analysis showed that the magnetic composite material had high purity and good crystal form. The SEM results showed that the magnetite was attached to the surface of bentonite and diatomaceous earth as monodisperse pellets,and had rich pore structure. The specific surface area of magnetic diatomaceous earth and magnetic bentonite was 48.63 and 65.17 m2/g,respectively. The saturated magnetization intensity of magnetic diatomaceous earth and magnetic bentonite reached 61.84 and 60.19 emu/g,respectively. The adsorption of dimethyl arsonic acid on magnetic composites conforms to the quasi-secondary kinetic model. The adsorption isotherms conform to the Freundlich model,compared with the adsorption isotherms at pH 3,7 and 11,the maximum adsorption of dimethyl arsonic acid was the largest at neutral time,and the maximum adsorption of magnetite,magnetic diatomaceous earth and magnetic bentonite to dimethyl arsonic acid was 0.54,1.73 and 1.75 mg/g,respectively. Combining Zeta potential and infrared,it showed that magnetic composites is the adsorption of dimethyl arsonic acid by electrostatic action and ligand exchange.
