摘要:

硫自养反硝化技术具有脱氮成本低、污泥产量少、无二次污染等优势,在污水深度脱氮领域受到广泛关注。因纯硫磺存在易燃、质软、抗水力冲击能力弱、溶解度低、产酸能力强等问题,无法直接用于实际污水深度脱氮。为解决上述问题,近年来大量研究利用硫磺、碱性材料等制备出硫基复合填料颗粒,拓宽了硫自养反硝化技术的应用市场。介绍了硫自养反硝化脱氮的生化原理,以硫磺-石灰石自养反硝化混合填料应用为基础,全面综述了硫基复合填料(包括复配金属和非金属)的制作工艺、基本特性,总结了硫基复合填料介导的小试和中试规模深度脱氮及工程实例。未来应考虑填料实际使用时的磨损率及高浓度硫酸盐生成等问题,从功能微生物作用机理、多工艺耦合应用等方面深入研究,以期推进硫自养技术深度脱氮的规模化应用。

Abstract:

Sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology has been widely concerned in advanced denitrification of wastewater treatment due to its lower cost, less sludge production and without secondary pollution. Pure sulfur has a series of disadvantages, such as flammability, soft quality, weak resistance to hydraulic shock, low solubility and strong acid-producing ability, thereby inhibiting its engineering application for denitrification. To solve the aforementioned problems, numerous studies on preparing sulfur-based composite filler particles via sulfur and alkaline materials are reported recently, which has broadened the practical application market of sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology. The study reviewed the biochemical mechanism of sulfur autotrophic denitrification, and summarized the manufacture and characteristics of sulfur-based composite filler(including metal-induced and nonmetal-induced) comprehensively on the basis of sulfur-limestone autotrophic denitrification mixed fillers, along with sulfur-based composite filler induced experiments, pilots and practical applications. Considering the wear rate of fillers and formation of high concentration of sulfate, the mechanism of functional microorganism and the application of multiple coupling processes should be conducted in the future to promote the practical application of sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology.
