生物反应器去除COD、氨氮和油的中试研究

Researches on the pilot plant of the bioreactor for the removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and oil

摘要:

研究了一体式固定化生物活性炭(IBAC)反应器在炼油废水深度处理中的除污染效能,采用常规方法通过多次由富营养到贫营养的驯化,筛选出除COD、氨氮和油的工程菌,通过连续循环固化后进行试验研究。试验结果表明:当水力停留时间为40min时,反应器对COD、氨氮和油去除率均>90%,出水满足循环冷却水的用水要求,为炼油工业废水深度处理开辟了一条简捷的新途径。

Abstract:

The pollutant removal efficiency of the integrative immobilized biological activated carbon(IBAC)bioreactor in oil refinery wastewater treatment has been studied.Domestication and screening of an engineering bacteria have been made for many times from rich nutrition to poor nutrition in order to remove COD,ammonia nitrogen and oil.Tests and researches have been done by continuous circulating immobilization.The results show that when the hydraulic residual time is40min.,its removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and oil is over90%respectively.The treated water by this process can meet the requirement of circulating cooling water stan-dard.It breaks a new path for the advanced treatment of oil refinery wastewater.
