摘要:

由信号分子介导的群体感应(Quorum sensing,QS)在污泥颗粒化及维持颗粒结构稳定中发挥重要作用。总结了颗粒污泥系统中典型信号分子的结构、来源、作用位点以及QS作用机制;阐释了环境因素对颗粒污泥系统中QS的影响;并从影响微生物物质代谢、能量代谢以及胞外聚合物(Extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)生物合成蛋白的角度,系统综述了QS调控EPS合成的机制及其在颗粒污泥系统中的研究进展。基于当前研究的局限性,对未来颗粒污泥系统中QS相关的研究重点进行了展望,以期为通过QS调控强化颗粒污泥性能、提升废水处理效率提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Quorum sensing(QS),mediated by signaling molecules,plays a crucial role in sludge granulation and maintaining the stability of particle structure. This paper summarized the structure,sources,action sites,and QS mechanisms of typical signaling molecules in granular sludge systems. The effects of various environmental factors on QS in granular sludge systems were discussed from different perspectives. The mechanism by which QS regulates the synthesis of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) and its progress in granular sludge systems were reviewed,with focus on microbial metabolism,energy metabolism,and EPS biosynthetic proteins. Based on the limitations of current research,this paper also prospected the future research focus on QS in granular sludge systems,aiming to provide new insights for improving wastewater treatment efficiency through QS-enhanced granular sludge.
